SETTING GOALS FOR 2018
There is something about the month of January that fills me with excitement and hope. I know it's all in my head, the only real difference January has is its particular cold and I'm weaning myself off sugar. But as I take down our Christmas décor and crack open a shiny new planner, I feel the presence of a new beginning, a clean slate full of hope and opportunity. It's the permission I crave to start fresh, to try something new, to stop making excuses and start making changes.
Over dinner last week, I had my friend Melody ask, “How have you grown over the year?”
I thought, hmmm, simple enough and listed off all the changes I made and mistakes I learned from. A lot went down last year!(You can catch up in my living joyfully posts here and here!)
