The air is crisp and the sun is out! I love being outside in this fall weather, especially in beginning of the season when it is still pretty warm out. This area is just around the corner from the building I work in, in River North and I love getting outside and strolling down to the river to enjoy my lunch or grab a drink after work. There is a beautiful restaurant Bridge House that sits right on the water, so if you’re ever looking for a meal with a good view, I highly recommend it!
Gus and I are still getting used to living in the Windy City, we’ve noticed that the weather is unpredictable and occasionally a little chillier than expected with the consistant breeze… I have fallen in love with the dainty detail of a neck scarfs to bridge the weather gap and add a touch of style. On a warm fall day, this outfit is perfect for blending into the season with a sweater tank and mules and topping off some light coziness with this darling little neck scarf. I got this tank at H&M, they don’t have it online but there were plenty in the store if you are near one! I have also been hunting for white jeans over the past few months in a depleted market (no white jeans anywhere!) so when I came across these 7 For Man Kind Skinny’s I went for it and treated myself to a really nice pair. Jeans, especially white ones are more of an investment and worth getting a nice pair, that is at least how I justify it haha.
